Question!

Hi, guys. I have a question. (I’ll be deleting this later)

How do you get the ‘User interactive’ thing in your post? Here’s an example:

 

(Lavender, that’s from your blog)

So basically how do you get that thing shown above, and you can move the line thing to show the rest of the text. (Omg I’m so bad at explaining)
